Educational content

Estimates and recommendations

The file size calculator gives estimates. The export settings selector shows starting points, some taken from published platform recommendations and some that are our own suggestions. Platforms can change their requirements at any time and may re-encode your uploads. Always check the platform’s current instructions before an important upload or delivery. We are not responsible for rejected uploads, lost quality, missed deadlines or storage problems caused by relying on an estimate.
